The city has asked a court to consider allowing the city to consider allowing it relinquish some of those obligations if it doesn't have "the resources and capacity to establish and maintain sufficient shelter sites, staffing, and security to provide safe and appropriate shelter," according to court filings.On Monday, the administration announced it will open a temporary shelter at Floyd Bennett Field in the coming weeks that will be serve approximately 500 families in a "semi-congregate setting" with privacy dividers and locks."It's outrageous the way the Adams administration continues to go out of its way to gut New York City's right-to-shelter protections. 六 | 除了升级设备，公司还积极引入多套数字化管理系统，力求实现生产全流程的无人化、智能化管控。在铁芯真空热处理车间里，10多台真空热处理炉高效运行。在中控室，一名员工正通过电脑上的横磁炉自动控制系统，远程监控炉内温度、气压等。周恩勇指着屏幕介绍，他们在系统上设定好工艺参数，炉子就能自动执行命令。一旦出现异常，系统自动发出预警，及时提醒工作人员到场干预。在周恩勇看来，提高产品核心竞争力是企业的立身之本。厂区内，一款刚出炉的纳米晶互感器格外吸睛。该产品由公司自主研发，小巧但功能齐全。
七 | 据统计，这款产品月均销售量达150万只，处于行业领先地位。“多数生产互感器的厂家选择购买铁芯部件。而我们选择自产铁芯，采用国内先进的铁芯生产工艺，打造从母合金冶炼、带材制作到互感器制造的全产业链条。”周恩勇表示。项目的稳步推进，不仅是企业技术迭代、产能提升的重要举措，更是当地持续优化营商环境的生动实践。从立项到开工，青县经济开发区组成服务专班，为项目提供了“一站式”全流程帮办代办和跟踪服务，将投产预期时间缩短了三分之二。
